SAINT EUSCEMON, BISHOP OF LAMPSACUS
Saint Euscemon (Euschemon) was a bishop of Lampsacus (now Lepsek, Lamsaci, or Chardak) in the Hellespont. Imprisoned for his faith, he converted his guards, was chased away by the authorities and died in exile. (II. 355)
