SAINTS FELIX AND EUSEBIUS, MARTYRS
Saint Eusebius, a monk, converted many pagan souls to the faith in Jesus, all of whom the holy priest Felix baptised. For this reason, and because Eusebius had been seen burying the dead bodies of the martyrs Julian and Caesarius, both Eusebius and Felix were reported to the authorities for being Christians, and led in chains before the pagan judge. Since they refused to sacrifice to the idols, he had them imprisoned and beheaded the following night. This happened at Terracina (Tarracina). (Mart. Rom.)
