SAINT EUTYCHES, MARTYR
The name Eutyches is of Greek origin, meaning happy, lucky; Eutychianus, Eutychius are derived from the same word.
Saint Eutyches was one of the Forty Holy Martyrs of Sebaste (Armenia), commemorated on March 9 or March 10, and a companion of Saint Quirion. (II. 12)
