SAINT EVANTIA, MARTYR
The name Evantia is Greek, meaning whom one likes to meet; kind, friendly, agreeable.
Saint Evantia was killed for her Christian faith in Rome; she belonged to a large company of martyrs headed by Saint Secundus.
