WELCOME!

SAINT EVE, VIRGIN AND MARTYR

Saint Eve (Eva) was a virgin and martyr. Her mortal remains came to Dreux (Drocae), where they rest at the basilica of Saint Stephen. According to Castellan* and the more recent Paris Martyrology*, this holy lady is venerated there. The Bollandists* did not provide any additional information about this saint. (II. 654)

PRAYER:

Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Eve may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
