OTWIN, BISHOP OF HILDESHEIM
Otwin (Othwin, Othwinus), bishop of Hildesheim, was a very vigilant caretaker of Christ's sheepfold. He went to his eternal reward in the year 984 (Pertz, mon. scr. IV. 249).
