Saints celebrated on the 8th of July
On July 8, Saint Lucy (Lucia), a martyr, is listed with Sixtus and 13 others by Bollandus* in a somewhat muddled codex, which names Rome as the place of her death. This Lucy is probably identical with Saint Lucy. (II. 531).
