Saints celebrated on the 1st of May
SAINTS ORENTIUS AND PATIENCE, MARTYRS OF HUESCA
The Roman Martyrology* mentions on this day Saints Orentius and Patience (Orentius [Orientius] and Patientia), martyrs at Huesca (Osca) in Spain. They are said to have been the parents of the deacon and martyr Saint Laurence (Laurentius). (H.-L. III. p. 703)
