Saints celebrated on the 15th of May
SAINT WITESINDUS, MARTYR OF CORDOBA
Saint Witesindus (Vitesindus), (May 15), a martyr at Cordova (Cordoba), suffered death in 852 for the confession of Jesus Christ. Prior to proclaiming his faith, he had denied our Lord for fear of repercussions by the muslim rulers, who were in charge at the time.
