Saints celebrated on the 18th of March
LEO OF LANDSHUT, RELIGIOUS AND MISSIONARY
Leo of Landshut (Leo de Landishuto) (March 18), a Franciscan from Landshut (probably in Silesia), devoted himself with the utmost effort to the conversion of Lithuania etc. along with his confreres - he spent 15 years on this labour of love. He died c. 1500 in Polotzk in the former Duchy of Lithuania. (Hub. Men.)
