WELCOME!
BLESSED ELIZABETH OF EBORA, VIRGIN
Blessed Elizabeth was a nun of the Cistercian order at Ebora in Lusitania.
From an early age, she set an example of extraordinary piety to all. Particularly during the time of a serious and protracted illness which befell her, she perfected herself in detachment and all virtues. She experienced God's grace abundantly, received wonderful consolations and was often filled with longing for the heavenly fatherland.
When the hour of Elizabeth's departure approached, Saint Ursula and other blessed spirits arrived at her bedside to guide her soul to the heavenly abodes.
