ADELAIDE, VIRGIN
Adelaide (Adelheidis) is remembered on June 2. She lived in a community of fifty virgins who had gathered in Isny, a town in Württemberg (Germany). Known to have been extremely pious and God-fearing, Adelaide is listed as a "blessed" by quite a few of the major hagiographers.
