Saints celebrated on the 2nd of May
WELCOME!
ANTONIA, VIRGIN
Antonia is remembered on May 2 as well as July 8. Some calendars of the Carmelite Order mention her, and she is believed to be the saintly woman under whom Saint Euphraxia or Euphrasia, venerated on March 13, lived in the Thebaid. In a work entitled "Acies bene ordinata," she is called abbess and teacher of Saint Euphrasia, and her memory is celebrated on July 8.
