SAINT EUGENIUS AND 839 COMPANIONS, MARTYRS
(SS. Eugenius and 839 Soc. MM.) This Saint Eugenius was martyred at Rome. With him, Eleutherius, Urban, Cornelius, Trajan, Victor, Castula, Eutychian and 832 other Martyrs were killed for their Christian faith. (El.)
