SAINT OTHILIA, VIRGIN AND PRINCESS
Saint Othilia (Odilia), a virgin and granddaughter of King Ivan, is listed in the register of virgins and martyrs surrounding Saint Ursula. She is not the same person as Saint Odilia. The Bollandists* mention this Saint Odilia on January 29 (among the Praetermissi - Jan. II. 917), and add that a translation of her relics is commemorated at Hui in Belgium on July 18. (IX. 206)

PRAYER:
Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Odilia may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
