Saints celebrated on the 26th of July
SAINT PASTOR, MARTYR
On July 26, Piazza* also lists two Roman Saints called Pastor on July 26: Saint Pastor, Priest, and Saint Pastor, a disciple of Bishop Erasmus, who died from the effects of the terrible torment of being tied to an untamed horse and dragged through the streets. The relics of this Saint Pastor are at Saint Peter's in the Vatican, where in former times an altar was erected in his honour (VI. 299-302).
