SAINT TRICIUS, BISHOP OF AUXERRE
Saint Tricius (commemorated on May 16), who supposedly was a bishop of Auxerre, is mentioned in some German martyrologies. Records of him other than those entries do not seem to exist. The
Bollandists* suggest that he is the same person as Saint Tetricus (III. 559).

PRAYER:
Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Tricius may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
