Saints celebrated on the 16th of May
SAINTS FRIDOLUS AND PEREGRINE
One of today's entries listed is SS. Fridolus and Peregrine (Fridolus et Peregrinus), commemorated on May 16. They are said to have been Irish saints; but Fridolus seems to be identical with the priest and abbot Fidolus of Troyes, and the other with the bishop Peregrinus of Auxerre, both of whom are venerated on this day (III. 560).
